What size should I choose?

You can find the size guide on each product page. T-shirts and hoodies have a relaxed/oversized fit, so we recommend checking the dimensions before ordering.

Where do the clothes come from?

Our products are made from Stanley/Stella items, a certified sustainable brand, and the printing is done locally in Romania.

How long does delivery take?

The products are made to order. The estimated processing time is 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 1–3 business days, depending on the location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard) and Apple Pay.

Are payments secure?

Yes, we process all payments through a secure platform, and your data is not stored by us.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return the product. Read the full return policy [here].

How do I make a return?

Access our return form [link] and follow the steps indicated.

Do you exchange products?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. We recommend that you return the product and place a new order.

How do I wash HAZEN clothes?

We recommend that you wash them inside out, at a maximum temperature of 30°C, with similar colors, and avoid tumble drying to preserve the print and shape.

Can I customize a product?
