Return Policy

At HAZEN, all products are made to order (print-on-demand), but are not individually customized for each customer. For this reason, the legal right of return applies for 14 days, in accordance with the legislation in force (OUG 34/2014).

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you ordered within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without having to justify your decision.

 

How to return a product

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form or contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Optional: reason (helps us improve)


After receiving your request, we will respond with the necessary steps and return address.

 

Return policy

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be in the same condition as it was delivered;
  • be unworn, unwashed, without stains, odors, or damage;
  • contain the original labels.


We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product shows signs of use.

 

Who pays for the return shipment?

HAZEN is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the returned product is accepted, we will refund its value within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package.

 

Refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

 

Products that CANNOT be returned

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The products have been worn or washed
  • The products have been damaged after delivery
  • The products are returned after the 14-day period has expired
  • Failure to give prior notice of the intention to return

 

Return of defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (different model, color, or size), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the return form, specifying "defective/incorrect product" in the "reason" section, or by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason - wrong/defective product

In this case, the return and/or replacement costs will be borne by us.
