Welcome to hazen.ro, operated by HAZEN SRL, based in Romania. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you expressly accept these terms.

2. Products and orders

All products sold through hazen.ro are made to order, using the print on demand (POD) method, in collaboration with specialized suppliers.

Once placed, your order is automatically sent to production.
Please check all details carefully before finalizing your order (size, color, model, delivery address).
We do not accept changes after the order has been placed.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in RON/EUR and include VAT, in accordance with current legislation.

We accept online payment by credit card or other payment methods integrated into the Shopify platform. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days in Romania and 4–8 business days in the EU, depending on the address and order volume.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer (e.g., busy periods, logistical issues).
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

5. Returns and complaints

HAZEN products are made to order, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice.

We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

you received the wrong size and want to exchange it;
the product is incorrect (different model or size than the one ordered);
the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

Important: Returns and complaints must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the package, using the return form or to [email protected], with:

your name;
your order number;
a brief description of the problem.

6. Copyright

All designs, texts, photographs, and graphics on this website are the property of HAZEN SRL or its collaborators and are protected by copyright law.
Copying, reproduction, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

HAZEN SRL cannot be held liable for any display errors (prices, stocks, images) or for the malfunctioning of the website due to technical reasons.
